The EMDR Europe Research & Practice Conference 2027, the Pre-Conference Workshops, and the Trainers & Consultants' Day offer multiple access options, including:
The official language of the conference is English. The main track will be translated into Finnish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Turkish (for the conference only). Some additional languages may be added at a later stage and will be communicated here.
Please note that pre-conference workshops can only be booked in combination with the conference.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION?
The registration fee for participants includes:
- Admission to the Congress, the Keynotes, the sessions (incl. Opening / Closing), the poster area and the exhibition
- The full access to the virtual platform (from Friday to Sunday) including keynotes and sessions (incl. Opening / Closing)
- Access to the recorded sessions on the platform (upon speakers' authorisation)
- Mobile App and Contact Exchange
- Welcome Reception & Coffee Breaks
- Congress Material
The registration fee for participants does not include:
- Conference dinner ticket, lunches, travel expenses, accommodation, personal insurance
- Electronic devices (computer, screen, headphones, etc.) needed to access the virtual platform
- Lunch and dinner
- Pre-Conference Workshop
- Trainers' Day and Consultants' Day
Photography & Recording Notice
Please note that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the conference and used by Kuoni Congress for event reporting, promotion of future events, and company marketing purposes. By attending the conference, participants acknowledge that they may appear in such materials.
Please respect the privacy of fellow participants and do not photograph or record others without their consent.
TRAINERS DAY AND CONSULTANTS DAY
The Trainers Day and the Consultants Day will also take place in the Beaulieu Convention Center. As usual, they are scheduled prior to the Conference on Thursday June 3d, 2027.

- EMDR Europe Accredited Trainers
- EMDR Europe Accredited Consultants
- EMDR Consultants accredited by other regional associations
The participation in these events is not included in the Conference registration fee and the ticket to attend can only be purchased in combination with the Conference.

All information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the EMDR Congress Secretariat, Kuoni Tumlare Congress. You will receive a confirmation letter by email upon completion of the Registration.
Important Information: The early bird registration must be paid before the early bird Deadline. Otherwise we will change your registration to a standard one.
